“Staff were able to get me checked in early graciously and were able to store my luggage. Breakfast does consist of cold food like fruit, yogurt as well as eggs, sausages, bread, croissants, spreads. Coffee and juices as well. Minimal but enough.”

“This hotel is in a prime spot in Arras. One of the oldest properties in the town and right on Grand Place, it is 15 minutes walk from the train station with lots of restaurants close by. The staff were very helpful and responded quickly to my emails. It is an old hotel in an old building so the range of amenities is not wide but it does have a lovely courtyard, perfect for a coffee or something stronger if you prefer. “Rooms are small but comfortable. The desk reminded me of a dorm room but we had a double bed and a private bath. There is a lift. On the days we were there, the air conditioning was not functioning. I would have liked a mini fridge but the room didn't have one. The hotel name is confusing. This hotel is part of a chain called B & B Hotels but the hotel itself is not actually a Bed & Breakfast. It's just an ordinary hotel. I was told breakfast is available for an extra fee but we ate somewhere……

“Staff were very helpful and efficient. Rooms and hotel are very modern with a good lounge and bar. Breakfast was nice with a reasonable choice. I would recommend it to anyone. Secure parking on site was reassuring. Very close to the train station but no issue with noise.”
