Check in was easy. The safe in our room wasn't working and it was checked and replaced in a very timely manner, with pleasant, helpful staff. Our 'concierge' was always available and very helpful. Our Mountain Tower room was over a very busy area and had loud music playing late into the night. It was great to be on the strip and close to so many places. We chose Harrah's because of it's close proximity to the Sphere, the main reason for our visit. We were also able to take in 2 other shows, one being Donny, which was great!

We had a great experience at Delek- the staff were so friendly and efficient, the included breakfast was amazing, beautiful room, comfortable bed, lovely pool and beach, I could go on. Highly recommend.
