This is definitely a 1 start hotel. The pictures are deceiving the customers. Hotel is in a very bad condition as soon as you walk in you know that this is not a 4 start hotel. Hotel is falling apart. Staff is nice at least

Great stay at Lanou Hotel in Beijing! The location is fantastic—close to many popular attractions, which made sightseeing so easy. The front desk staff were super friendly and check-in was very efficient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. As a business traveler, I really appreciated the smooth experience. Highly recommended!

The hotel was in a convenient location. I have no complaints.
I would only recommend a second room if you have more than two people in the room.
The front desk and housekeeping staff were helpful and great. The hotel manager was professional and tried to assist at all times.

One of the best hotel experience with Beijing culture! Big rooms, new, modern with great, friendly staffs! Didi accessible to hotel entrance is a big plus!
Highly recommend to all, my kid enjoyed it the most as it is different from usual hotel style :)
