“This was a fabulous hotel to spend 3 nights in Bergamo. It’s right at the top above the old town and not the easiest to get to but well worth the effort. The views were amazing. "Hello, the room was generally clean. However, the handle for the shower head in the bathroom appeared to have damaged or peeling paint, which caused a small cut on my hand. We hope this can be checked, and that the next guest and cleaning staff can be careful. Also, the air conditioning system could not be adjusted to produce cool air, which made the room feel quite stuffy and uncomfortable. Please look into this. Thank you."
