"It's a nice place with some nice outside areas as well. Walking distance to all the restaurants makes it even better! The carpet in our room had some stains on it that were really the only concern.... Our fridge didn't work...and they were right on it trying to fix it. I don't believe it ever came back on and began cooling but the young dude that attempted to fix it was nice and polite. This is still and has always been our first choice to stay in Anderson when we're in town for the Clemson...

"This is our second time staying on the property. That should tell you something right there…that we returned. I think the price point for what you get is amazing. And what you get is a very clean, remodeled mobile home with comfortable bedding and a comfortable living room and a decently stocked kitchen. You also get the view of the lake, which is great to sit out on the porch for a morning cup of coffee."
