Room was much smaller than we anticipated. Appreciated the hot tub although the staris into pool are slippery. Was very clean and they responded to our requests.

Our stay was good clean and comfortable. We would probably come back and stay at Blue Star. The price was reasonable I think because you’ll responsible to throw out garbage and put all the linens in a bag before leaving, but I’m still waiting for my $100 security deposit. I would recommend to stay at Blue Star

Despite the small size of the room, I enjoyed my stay. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional.

The place is small, but if that doesn't bother you like it doesn't bother us, this place is great!! It can be challenging to find a place that will accommodate our big dog. Easy parking, super close to both Saugatuck & Douglas, right on Blue Star Hwy, so easy to find and a nice area for the pups to roam to do their business. We loved it and will be back!

I was bummed the hot tub was out of order. That’s why I booked the place. Otherwise, nice room.

Motel instructs you to strip the bed, gather towels, and empty the trash cans. No communication except text and email. Was much better under previous ownership.
