The place was clean, comfortable beds & immediate hot water. Didn’t like that I didn’t get the single room that I had booked. And the coffee pot was filthy. I had to run 4 cycles of just water before the water stopped being brown.

The place looked nothing like the pictures on expedia. Online it looked new in person it was rundown overgrown and plain dirty. The room I had was recently remodeled and appeared decent upon entry. Closer investigation showed stained sheets worn out towels a dirty shower and so on. Though the sheets were clean there appeared to be all kinds of stains same with the towels. My ratings are based on perception. It is nowhere near as nice as posted online. So I guess my ratings are based on the perception portrayed online. I personally was able to sleep well take a shower and move along with my trip so that part was good.

We checked the bed linens and mattress was very very fithy! Looked like dried blood and urine alot of it!! You should not have this motel on expedia!! And we did not stay and they only refunded me 1 night! We did not feel safe at all!

Staff was friendly and helpful. I stayed here twice in a week on 2 different occasions. During my first stay, my room had no toilet paper and several items of trash remaining in the room leaving me to think the room was not properly cleaned after the previous guest. My 2nd stay was much better and the difference in cleanliness was night and day. Overall, decent stay for a no-frills hotel.

Bare minimum. Drink machine...quarters only fyi. Very clean, super soft blankets. Microwave and mini fridge. Werthers park is right across the railroad, so you can take your pet there. They charge $10 a day, even if it's a service dog. Which is illegal. The owner doesn't care. I'll never stay here again

Passing through stay

This was a little strip motel and I was a little Leary, but "V" at the front desk was as kind as could be and gave us his phone no. if we needed a thing. Our room was newly renovated and clean. The beds were comfortable. It is a nice clean motel. Just the basics. No breakfast and no hair dryer but clean and nice. There is a mini fridge and microwave and coffee pot. It is at a reasonable price, so very good. The front desk is not manned all of the time, but that was not an issue for us and we had a phone no. if we needed anything.

Very good customer service; comfortable room

This photo is from the back side, beyond the RR tracks. (Note that I didn't hear any trains while staying here.) The font-desk man was very bnice and seemed to genuinely want me to be happy with my room and my stay. I don't know if he's the main person who takes care of check-ins, but he was great. The first room I was shown had a little bit of a smoky smell (maybe the previous occupants had been smoking just outside the door? because it was a non-smoking room) and had some stains on the ceiling, but then I was shown a second room that I had no complaints about at all. It was clean and comfortable, with the usual basic room amenities, and I had a very good stay there.

The updates to the property were nice, new carpet, and flooring. However their were plumbing issues, the toilet leaked at the base (not clean water)…and you could tell the floor was soft there probably from water damage :/. Shower was hot and good water pressure. I went to use the hair dryer and it started to catch fire, literally. There was no one available to talk to around 9:40 at the front desk, so I left a note with the room keys. The staff was friendly at check in. And maybe another room would have been better luck. It was quiet and felt like a safe area.

I was not able to check in to the hotel, the front door was locked to the lobby, and there was nobody at the front desk, there was a phone outside.They said to dial zero I tried for half an hour from eight thirty 29 o'clock and then I gave up and I made a reservation at another hotel.I'd like a full refund
