"House cleaning did not provide indivisual packed bar of soap after cleaning. Asked front desk then gentleman answered that they do not have the invontories left. I have him a kind of funny look then he later gave me a bar of soap. That wes terrible though. "

"We stayed for 4 nights. It was an adequate hotel. I booked it for the pool, but unfortunately it was closed in April (I think it's only open July-Sep). Room was spacious. We could not get the room cool enough as we were told by front desk staff there was 'no AC', though we could see the AC unit in the room but just had no ability to turn it on (it was always 22-23C and we like to sleep at around 20). "The room was very clean and had a great view from the balcony. Due to the bad weather, I was not sure if the flight would take off or not so I checked out after 3pm. The hotel didn't charge me any extra fees and even informed me about my flight status time to time. The employees were friendly and welcoming. There was a good safety measures to avoid the spread of COVID-19. I had a great stay and next time I visit Jeju, I'm gonna definitely stay at Pacific again. Thank you for your great service. "
