“Because there is really only someone on-site for a few hours a day, it can be a nightmare checking in if they haven't gotten around to setting up your reservation. They depend on a lockbox and giving you an envelope with your key card. They say that you can call a phone number for help but actually that number is only available after about 8 PM or so, which makes it quite difficult to get any help if no one is there. “Room was large enough for 4 people, with a kitchenette, table and views of downtown. Easy to reach from the train station and walking distance to the waterfront. We highly recommend this hotel!”

“Overall the rooms are quite as shown in the pictures, ok kitchen, bathroom & closet bed. The unsafeness of area, issues with door code and having to sleep with earbuds lowers my grade. Easy to walk to city center and ok public transport as well coming near the location. It was positive to have an ac machine that cools the room, but since it was not integrated, made lot of noise and was put to window so you can't close it, it made sleeping without earplugs impossible due to constant noise coming……

“This property was exactly as listed and communication was wonderful. Like many places in Europe, there is no AC so our 3rd floor studio was hot during the recent heatwave. We kept things closed up during the day and then opened windows at night. The building is conveniently located next to Coop City which had a grocery store in it that was very helpful for acquiring breakfast and lunch items.
