The staff was super friendly and very helpful every step of the way, and the breakfast buffet was worth every dime. Don’t get me started on the bed 😴😴😴. I nearly slept through my entire stay!

Cozy Winter Getaway Near the CN Tower Visiting my family here during the cold winter season was truly delightful. I didn’t have to worry about cleaning bulky winter clothing, and shopping and dining were incredibly convenient. The area around the CN Tower is especially charming on snowy days—perfect for a peaceful walk and soaking in the winter atmosphere. The only minor downside was the occasional consistent noise from the nearby train depot, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Also, Host was very kind and professional to communicate.

I forgot something in the room and the staff had it saved for me and returned it only if I had my ID. Terrific service I’ve been to places where they would’ve said it’s gone you forgot it but 1 Hotel Toronto cares about their clientele

This was an amazing space..clean and beautiful. Excellent service and chrck in process. This is my second visit.
