Man wird sehr freundlich begrüßt und es werden alle Fragen beantwortet.
Meine vorher angegebenen Wünsche wurden beachtet und auch an dem Abend geäußerte Wünsche wurden anstandslos umgesetzt.
Das Essen im Restaurant ist gut, das Frühstück sehr umfangreich und lecker.
Preise absolut angemessen.

“A staff member at the front desk ordered a cab for me, but didn't tell me where to wait. They didn't think of mentioning that important detail. The building's main entrance is at the back, but isn't labeled. The cab driver and I waited 15 minutes for each other. This is advice to the staff.
