“The hotel is very old. The rooms are ver clean but definitely an older hotel ”

“Lifts were awkwardly placed. We needed to use the stairs. Noisy. The front desk staff weren’t very helpful. They were not available 24 hours as advertised. I needed to speak to someone overnight. When I went downstairs, there was no-one at the desk. When they were present, they were more focussed on laughing and joking between themselves than on the service of guests.”

“Great experience during check- in. Was permitted to check in early. Great cosy pub. Excellent Guinness. The actual room lacked any real ventilation as the one window only pushed outwards slightly and the air felt stagnant and hot. A fan would have helped or indeed a window that opened fully. Overall a great little spot and would definitely recommend.”

“Stayed for 4 nights as a group of 8. We used the bar and ate there every night. Staff were super friendly and efficient. The food had a good selection and we all enjoyed every meal we had. Bedroom was cleaned daily and fresh towels issued.”

“Parking garage was terrible. Trying to maneuver turns from one level to another was very difficult. I didn’t think I’d be able to get out of it. I had a small SUV. Smaller vehicles could manage it. I parked in public lots or street after 7 if I could find a space. Hotel itself was beautiful. Breakfast buffet ok.”

“Nice location near shopping mall and a few good pubs in addition to their own bar and restaurant all within walking distance. Rooms are well designed and comfortable, though the air conditioning unit in our room periodically made grinding sounds — seemed only when adjusting to new set temperature— and did not happen while sleeping at night. Surprisingly quiet in room considering above a busy pub. Parking is not guaranteed and is very limited on premises, and not a-lot on street either— we……
