“The room was advertised at Hotels.com as having a separate living room. It wasn't the case. It was a very nice room, with a bathtub and a nice shower. But the views were literally a mall (people from a nearby shop could see you), and a dock for loading/unloading trucks. Which made it very noisy in the mornings. I was not able to find the reception desk so I walked through the hallway with no luck. When I found that it was inside the restaurant, I asked one of the employee about parking our car and she looked away from me. I assume that she wasn't the employee that I needed in the first place.
