The room was very clean and had everything you need in it the manager and his wife were very nice to talk too and we said we will be coming back next time we are in Dubbo. I would like to thank you all very much fo a great stay

Awesome beds. Good size twin room. Reasonably priced. Not sure if there is breakfast available to the rooms or not but definitely not breakfast at the restauant, which is a shame. Found a can under the bed so cleaning could be a bit more thorough. Rooms can do with a lick of paint but nothing really bad.

Stayed in a Queen Superior so it had a renovated bathroom but the rest of the room was in need of renovating. There was a strong smell of maybe a toilet block in the room that I was unable to find?? The bed sheets were fresh and clean.
