Best place to stay in Dubrovnik. Feet from the city walls, insane view of the harbor, and the cutest terrace to sit out on! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and appreciated its proximity to the best parts of the Old City!

Sea Rocks is truly amazing. The location is perfect, just outside the main gates. The hotel is beautiful, the terraces and views are breathtaking. The lounge area is beautiful and well stocked at all times. It’s a 5 star plus plus.

Absolutely amazing property in the most perfect location. With only 6 rooms, this property has been renovated to the highest standards and is kept impeccably clean. We had one of the bigger rooms facing out to the water and fort which is home to multiple Game of Thrones scenes, with access to a large outdoor balcony area right next to the room. Snacks and drinks are available all day and night at no charge and the staff could not be more friendly and helpful. It’s a 2 minute walk to the main gate of old town and more restaurants and bars than you can count within easy reach. Absolutely recommend for anyone spending some time in Dubrovnik.

We had a wonderful 6-night stay here at the Sea Rocks Residence! It’s a lovely, small (5 room?) hotel right near the main entrance to Dubrovnik’s historic old town. The location was perfect for exploring Dubrovnik and the surrounding beaches and islands. The room was very comfortable, absolutely silent, and air conditioned down to 18C - very very comfortable even in the heat of summertime. The comforter on the bed was a bit small (my wife and I are both cover-hogs), but the great staff happily provided an extra one for us. Great balcony with a view of the old town walls, fort, and water. Multiple spots to jump in the water within a short walking distance. Would definitely visit again or recommend it to my friends!

Exquisite! A perfect property, beautifully maintained in the most amazing location in town. The building is in an ancient building that was recently rebuilt inside with exceptional care to detail. Contemporary with fresh flowers in every room and hallway. Did I mention free mini bar with snacks, and a terrace overlooking the water? So close to the bustle near the entrance to old town, but absolutely tranquil and quiet inside the property gate. I cannot speak highly enough of the property, staff and location. This is coming from someone who is usually disappointed by hotels.

Sea Rocks is a hidden gem with the best view in Dubrovnik. Me and my husband said multiple times throughout our stay how happy we were that we found and booked Sea Rocks for the start of our honeymoon. Every amenity you could need is provided and the staff are exceptional as well. It is conveniently located close to Pile gate and surrounded by some of the best restaurants in Dubrovnik but still manages to be a quiet peaceful retreat. I hope to be back soon!!
