Duff Chalets

"Great stay!!"

"Expedia showed a pool and playground that no longer exists. This place is a 1-2 star hotel at the very best. Continental breakfast was dry cereal, coffee with only powdered milk, toast/bagel, and oranges. Very disappointing."

"I loved that the breakfast hours were longer than most hotels allowing us to sleep in and the variety of items was amazing!"

"We arrived to find our bedspread dirty. When we notified the staff, they did not offer new bedspreads, just took note. Bathroom had hair in tub and on towels. Ice maker was gross."

"Great staff clean room good breakfast!!"

"Staff friendly,, otherwise dirty worn out place."

"The room was clean it was quiet at night everything worked and it was a good breakfast the staff was very friendly and informative"

"Spacious rooms. Very nice breakfast area and super staff"

"Best price for your money"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Middlesboro, KY. The staff truly made our visit special—they were incredibly pleasant, helpful, and always made sure all of our needs were met. Every single day, we were greeted with warm smiles and friendly faces. They even went out of their way to give us excellent local recommendations for dinner. Their outstanding customer service made us feel right at home. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!"

"The rooms were very clean, with satin sheets, a nice bathroom, soap and shampoo, a fridge, microwave and TV. It looks unassuming from up the road but the staff was helpful, the check-in smooth (we stopped there for one night on a roadtrip and it was by far the smoothest check-in so far!) and overall a pleasing experience."

"Good value for the price. I would definitely stay there again."
