“Great stay in a great location! Access to the river and surrounding states was great. Very quiet. Home is nice and it very comfortable. I forgot an item at the house and the owner was great to work with. Mailed the item back to me without issues. I’d book this 1,000 times again. ”

“The property was amazing. Very clean except for outdoor dining chairs and table. We had nothing to clean them with so we couldn't use it. 2 tv remotes had dead batteries so did the clock. The pool was only warm during the day. It did not heat at night when we wanted to use it.”

“The only complaint is that we had a large black bear that appeared two of the three days we were there. The bear came behind our house, sat beside our deck, and then lumbered across the street, sniffed all cars and disappeared behind the house across our street. Bear repeated the next day. Limited our children and dog's outside activities. We were nervous about the outside hot tub and sauna because they are located on the bottom deck, and could accessed by said bear.”

“House was in excellent condition, view was beautiful, and hot tub was wonderful. I only wish there had been a few more of the disposable amenities available, such as toilet paper, paper towels. I was warned that they may have run out at the end of season, and to bring some. But other than that everything was great! ”

“We had such a wonderful stay at the Sugar Bear Chalet in the Smoky Mountains! The panoramic views alone are worth booking this cabin. Watching the sunrise with coffee in the morning and catching those colorful sunset skies in the evening was absolutely breathtaking. The views truly feel peaceful and private — exactly what you want in a mountain getaway.The cabin itself was clean, comfortable, and cozy, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. It had everything we needed for a great trip……

“Very clean. If you have kids who need internet on any device, this is not the place to stay. There is no Internet. I can get WiFi calling but not without WiFi and I had no phone service and no WiFi calling.”
