My wife and I have stayed here on three other occasions the staff is excellent. The place is clean. The breakfast is very good and the location gives it easy access to the main roads and the area is very safe. I will continue to stay here on my trips to Virginia when I visit family.

They have a fire drone. I was on fourth floor. I have to go through the steps and it kept going on and on for the whole night. I barely sleep. I have to check out one day before my time and this was very bad for me to go to my room, I have to climb the stairs and this is unacceptable.

We stayed overnite and were very pleased with our stay. Room was spacious and bed and linens comfortable, in great condition and obviously well-cleaned. No dust anywhere! Shower was fine and towels and washclothes were spotless and plush. Breakfast was plentiful and area was kept clean. Lots of seating available too. My one complaint is the coffee which is really bad....watery even. It comes from a push btton coffee machine that supposedly grounds beans at each serving, but it is just not drinkable. Please fix it! Seating in and around the hotel is awesome....plentiful and very comfortable. We definitely will stay here again when we next come to NoVa.

Check in was 3 pm. We arrived at 5pm on a Friday. There were only 4 cars in the lot. A room was assigned and when we entered the room it was not prepared.... no bedding etc....We were assigned a different room. That room was only half prepared. Out travelling companions had the same problem. The rooms were not ready at 3 pm. The staff seemed unprepared and confused. The next evening I opened the door and the safety lock sprung open and locked me out of my room with all my possesions inside. My wife went to the desk to ask for help. The desk attendant was hanging out on her phone in the back room. The maintenance guy was sprawled out in a chai next to the desk and did not seem attentive when she asked for help, until the desk attendant instructed him to get a tool to slip thru the door crack to push the security tab so the door could be opened. Not a good experience all around.

We enjoyed the stay.It was close to a food shopping center right across the street. The guy at the front desk (forgot his name) he was very nice and helpful.The room was nice and I enjoyed my stay and will be back.

this last minute decision to stay here was a good one.... the place was convenient to the interstate, was quiet, clean.... did not use the amenities except for the breatfast. I would have to rate the breakfast 9/10. I didn't try the pancakes but the sweet hot buns in the morning were great. I wasn't quick enough to get a yogurt that i wanted and when i tried, there was a completely different brand and flavor which surprised me. I like cereal and there were 3 kinds. One complaint that i would have to leave here for the staff- there was no kind of decaf tea so i had to drink decaf coffee which was extremely strong - blah for me. we might stay here on our way home but i would have to bring my own tea bags!! By the way there were no sleeves for the hot beverage cups- ouch!!
