The room was clean and nice, but the bathroom tile at the floor needed cleaning and caulking. But...we stayed there with several family members and in several of their rooms the soap dispensers were empty and even after asking the front desk staff to see to it, nothing happened. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and housekeeping never stepped into our room or any of theirs. If basic things like soap dispensers and no housekeeping are not happening, have to wonder if the rooms really were cleaned. Breakfast was pretty good.
