Great place to stay

Excellent place to stay in a centralized location for viewing the local parks and water falls. Clean house with nice perks such as a fire pit and yard games. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in that area.

Great place to Stay in the woods

Three couples and everyone had their own bedroom loved the screened in porch and the fire pit riding side-by-side's close to the trails beautiful trails

Great place to stay!

We traveled to the area to go on the trails with our ATVs and this place was great to stay at. Very clean, had everything we needed, and very comfortable. The driveway was plenty big to park trailer and truck and easy to get to the trails. Would definitely stay here again.

Serene centrally located property with access to the trails and wildlife viewing galore.

This property exceeded our expectations and left us wishing we had booked it for longer. If you are looking for a centrally located, private and quiet little slice of heaven this is your rental. We booked our stay a few days in advance and everything from check-in to checkout was seamless. The owner was quick to respond when we had questions and you are able to feel the hospitality be it the snacks laid out for you upon arrival, the firewood that's cut and ready if you decide to make a fire or the toiletries in the bathroom just in case you forgot something. Another bonus is the included Wi-Fi, the northern woods make cell service spotty no matter the carrier so this amentiy is priceless. Wildlife sounds surround you and we seen multiple deer on the property.

Memorial Day Weekend

6(3 adults and 3 kids) of us stayed over Memorial Day weekend. Our plan was to stay in the trailer and go 4 wheeling the entire weekend. I appreciate the owners asking the guests to take off their shoes at the door(we do the same at our house). It was awesome to have the covered entry way. This would be perfect for snowmobiling and taking off all the gear in a protected area. It worked out great for all of us to have our own space. Beds were a firm memory form, new, but you need to be used to them, which we are not. My brother said the bottom bed part of the bunk bed was not very comfortable, but he survived. Everything is exactly as pictured. The only issues we came across was getting locked out and trying the code. However, the owners responded immediately, which we appreciated and the communication is awesome from them. The last issue was no grill, but that was bad on my part, since I didn't look over the items provided, but we used the grate over the food. No grill due to bears, thank goodness, we did not come across any. The fire pit is nice and spacious and the wood provided by the owners is an extra bonus.The room was great for all of us, including our 2 vehicles and 2 trailers. We didn't need to use the air conditioning, but did turn on the heat for a few hours. Since it is an older trailer, there is not much air circulation inside. However, they did a fantastic job of remodeling the unit. Overall, you can tell the owners put a lot of effort into the property

Did UTV in the area.

The place we stayed was very clean, had evetything you could ask for that we did not bring. Nice enclosed porch, fire pit.

Great Time Made Possible by Great Place

Three of us needed a place to stay for opening weekend of deer season and this place was perfect. The screened-in porch was perfect for putting on/taking off cold weather clothing and keeping wet boots outside. Despite single digit temperatures outside, inside was warm and comfortable. And unlike what happens at some VRBO’s, all amenities listed were available as promised. The host and hostess stayed in contact and were wonderful to work with. Will be back!

Quiet Place

Perfect after a day of riding trails

The online description is spot on. These property owners provide a very clean up to date and homey place with many thoughtful amenities. A great place to relax inside a screened in porch or out around the firepit. Will definately go back.

Cute & Cozy Cottage

We had an amazing stay, everything was clean, convenient and cozy. The location was perfect, and had so much to see right from our stay! We lodged for our anniversary weekend and enjoyed the trails, waterfalls and took a trip to the Iron Mountain Iron Mines. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location

The property is neat and clean with everything you need. We especially enjoyed the fire pit. Deer & turkey walking through the yard. The location is close to both Dunbar and Pembine should you need anything. Wausaukee and Iron Mountain a bit farther but still short drive should you need anything a small store can’t provide. Great location for ATV’ers and fly-fisher people. Just minutes from Twelve Foot Falls County Park. We’ll be back.

Perfect peaceful getaway

Adorable cozy comfort in the great outdoors. 😊So many thoughtful amenities and the renters are great to work with! We loved being able to relax by the fire after a long day of golfing or hiking to waterfalls nearby. Thank you for all the great info and the wonderful experience! Would absolutely stay here again!

Secluded cabin.

Adorable property. We went up to use the snowmobile trails in this area and the trails were accessible from the cottage. The property was clean and they even left some snacks out for us! Owners are super nice and accommodating. Would stay here again!

Perfect little home away from home

If you are looking for the perfect getaway in a fantastic location, look no further! This home is well-maintained and has so many great features. From the check-in experience (owners provided a gallon of drinking water and snacks) to the usage of the home with a beautiful fire pit, to the screened in porch while it rained, this experience was more than we expected. Well done to the owners. We will absolutely be back for many more trips. Thank you!

Great location near waterfalls and atv trails

We really enjoyed our stay! Very clean and modern. Had all the amenities we would imagine. Bathroom had plenty of extra supplies, bedrooms were spacious, plenty of extra bedding and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the fire pit and the screen porch amazing! We would strongly recommend this location for a group of friends and/or even a family with kids. The yard was big and would have plenty of room to play. The location was great. We visited the near by waterfalls, atv trails and local restaurants.
