“When i got there, at first glance, the room looked and smelled really good until i got to the bathroom. The toilet and shower were not cleaned from the last people who stayed because there was poop stains in the toilet and hair in the shower drain and a dried up soap bar on the ledge of the shower. The garbage had used Q tips and kleenex left in it. It was gross.”

“This is a two story hotel without an elevator, had to carry heavy suitcases up the stairs.”

“Breakfast was terrible. Served until 10 am but at 0930 there were already out of food and not refilling. The knob to adjust the heat or cool was broken. It was extremely cold when entering the room.”

“Front desk lady gave us a up grade because of our anniversary and it was a last minute trip because my husband was immediate to the hospital. The hotel is nice just need a little tlc. Please get rid of that old flower couch to low to the floor and dust the vents. It's sad no one wants to work anymore so everything not open in the hotel. Also to much chlorine in the hot tub. Could enjoy that and it wasn't working properly.”

“Room and hotel were super clean. Great room/bath. My only complaint was check in. Got to the hotel at five o’clock on Friday night and there was no one at the desk. That seemed odd. There was the typical “stepped away “ sign on the counter and a number to call. I called and it rang about 15 times, stopped ringing, then went through the call options and started to ring again. On about the 5th ring the desk clerk finally arrived. The clerk said she was busy and asked for my room number. I told her……

“Clean, spacious room at a well-maintained property. If you're hungry there's a Culver's in front of the hotel, and if you need to do some shopping there's a Wal-Mart right across the street. One of Iron Mountain's best lodging options.”

“We had a great stay in a wonderful 2-BR cabin right off of a ski slope. The cabins are really well designed and new! It had a huge walk-in shower. There were large flatscreen TV’s on the wall in the bedrooms which we really enjoyed having. It had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee bar. It is a short walk to the fabulous golf course right down the road. My husband and daughter loved the swimming pool, which was nice and warm. The restaurant in the main lodge was awesome.
