Clean hotel, friendly staff and great breakfast.

Super hotel. Staff excellent. Very helpful. Food provided high quality. Breakfast was excellent, good quality food, well managed busy breakfast room. Room was super. Bed big and comfortable. Grounds of the hotel were very well maintained. Walkable distance to the city centre only 3km Lovely experience. Would happily return

Stayed for one night in the family room with my two children. The room was spacious, even with a double bed and two singles. The en suite was spotless. There were plenty of spare toilet rolls, as well as shower gel and handsoap. The room also had tea and coffee making facilities, a bottle of drinking water, and a lovely touch of a little selection of fudge sweets. There was a safe and hairdryer in the wardrobe. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. It was lovely and quiet throughout the night. No disturbances at all. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice: cereal, fruit yoghurt, homemade brown bread, porridge, local honey, as well as the cooked options of bacon, sausage, egg (any way you like), tomato, mushroom, beans and toast. The fresh coffee was delicious. The staff were excellent. On hand if you needed anything, but also left you to your own devices, which I appreciated. All in all, I would say hotel standard and I will definitely stay again.
