Everything was great except breakfast its ok the room is clean the staff is nice

The room was beautiful.... rose and mints on the bed in entering, robes in the closet, sparkling water to enjoy. It didn't feel like a hotel..... cozy with a comfort you feel from being at home.

Room was a nice size but the walls seem to be paper thin. Way too much noise from next door room and from outside. Bathroom had a handicapped accessible shower which was fine but my 5’11” self had to hunch over to get under the very low, and not adjustable, shower head. Continental breakfast was satisfactory. Overall, for the price I paid, I don’t feel like it was a great value.

The rooms are a bit run down and the place does not seem inviting.

I would like to give a special thanks to Erin who works in reservations at the front desk for making mine and my girlfriend's first experience at the hotel Rock lititz a very memorable special excellent stay. She worked with me in the florist that I had flowers delivered to the hotel to make it a special moment for my girlfriend who is totally moved and emotionally overcome with everything from check-in to delivering the flowers to my room. I live in Maryland and she lives in lititz so I had to do the flowers at their local flower shop delivered not knowing exactly how things were going to be when I walked into the room. I was truly impressed with how well working with the florist and Erin. Through the emails and through the phone calls. The room was very clean the restaurant bar experience was exceptional. The food at the restaurant in the staff were extremely courteous friendly and outgoing. We will definitely be back there as they say first impressions have long lasting memories. Thanks again to Erin in the florist that delivered the flowers.
