“Hotel not impressed Lift not working Given a room downstairs Was dark and dingy nothing like photos on website of what we booked Room with spa Spa did not work Not worth the money we paid to stay ”

“We arrived Hervey Bay at its transit centre. It was convenient to just catch a bus and arrive just outside the motel in 15 minutes. We stayed in a suite with jacuzzi tub. The room was spacious and nice. Though you can tell the property isn't very new, it was maintained in good condition and spotlessly clean. The bed linen was crispy clean and the bed was comfortable. We ate out in the Seaside restaurant that night, which is a part of the hotel. The food was good and we enjoyed good seafood in……

“The cheapest onsite accommodation had everything anyone could need. Air conditioner was on when I arrived making the room very comfortable as I walked in. It may be smaller but it had everything I required. Shower was amazing. Next to a service station so food and drinks were readily available if needed.”
