The AC worked but had a very irritating sound associated with it running. We stayed there for 3 days and I notified staff and nothing was done. Other than that…very nice and clean for the price.

The location was convenient, with several restaurants within easy walking distance. The studio matched the listing, with a bed, pullout couch, TV, small dining table, kitchenette, and standing mirror in one open room. It was mostly clean, although we did find a fake fingernail near the couch. The space felt functional rather than thoughtfully finished. There were adhesive strips and nails still on the walls where artwork appeared to have been removed. Our room overlooked a busy intersection, so traffic noise was noticeable because the windows provided limited sound insulation. There was also a small hole in the bathroom window frame, which didn't affect our stay but seemed unusual. The bed was comfortable, although it did not have a fitted sheet or mattress protector. I also paid an additional fee for bedding for the pullout couch, but it included only one sheet, one pillow, and two towels, which did not seem to match the extra charge. The kitchenette was adequate for basic cooking, but supplies were limited. We could not find hand soap, there was a limited amount of toilet paper and trash bags, and very little dish soap. Dishwasher pods were provided. Overall, the property met our basic needs as a convenient place to sleep and prepare simple meals, but it lacked some of the attention to detail that would have made the stay more comfortable.

Super nice and clean room that accommodated our dog as well. Beds were extremely comfortable and amenities all looked new and were well maintained. Also didn’t have a pet fee for our dog which was an added bonus. Will be looking to add this chain to our go to brands when traveling in the future!
