Our family of four adults and two children stayed here for the Thanksgiving holiday. The home was extremely clean and well appointed. It’s a great location being only a five minute walk from KP Hole. We will be back - highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at this property. Tracy was so nice and helpful! We enjoyed the trails at rainbow river state pack and hanging out in the hammocks. Will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful people, only thing to be aware of is you need to arrive by 9pm for check-in but as long as u plan your trip this is a great place to stay!

This home is really nice and in a great area. We enjoyed our stay and Deborah was very helpful when we had a small problem with the AC she had someone at the house within an hour of contacting her to fix it. Would like to return next year and would certainly stay here again.

The condo is conveniently located in Dunnellon along the river within walking distance of several restaurants. There is a nice screened balcony and access to the pool, hot tub, patio and decking areas, and use of two kayaks. The folks who are owners were friendly but not intrusive. The pool was usually empty and very comfortable. The unit is quiet and well appointed. The folks at the property are generally older, so as others have said, this may not be the best place for small children. There are quite a few flights of stairs so that may be an issue for some folks. The decor and furnishings are a bit dated but still very functional and the beds are comfortable. A washer & dryer in the unit is a nice convenience. The owner (Joe) was very helpful and readily accessible. Check-in is a breeze. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this rental.

The pictures don't do it justice it is absolutely gorgeous! It accommodated nine adults and two kids perfectly. We had a great time canoeing and kayaking on the beautiful Rainbow River. The 8-year-old and 6-year-old swam in the river right in front of the house. The six-year-old took her little fishing pole and fished from the bridge that crosses over to the island. We are already to go back! Amber was amazing answering all of her questions and taking care of anything we needed.

We had a wonderful time staying at the rainbow River bungalows. The proximity to KP hole was easily maneuvered using the kayaks included. The place was clean, New, and well appointed. High speed Internet was a plus. We will definitely stay again.
