The room was clean, big, and comfortable. Staff was really friendly and helpful. A few minor issues with the outside of the building facade, but it looks like maybe a storm was to blame. The Flowers were beautiful and inviting. The pool was nice and clean. Staff recommended dinner down the road at a great soul food place at Big Man's Cafe. The other guests were all friendly families. We would stop here again!

When I got to my room, The TV was on and one of the beds looked like somebody had been laying in watching it. Neither bed had blankets when I went to the front desk to complain. They gave me blankets so that I could take them and make the beds also when I checked into my room, there was a pink rag the size of a washcloth on one of the.

You get what you pay for...Poor attitudes from front desk staff (admittedly, they had to deal with a couple entitled karens before me). Absolutely no ameneties that would be expected in a conference center room. (Coffee pot, minifridge or worktable) However, the worst part was the drain flies in the sink and shower. We will not be staying here again.

Going through their channels they do not have Fox network second thing there is no furniture in the rooms no microwaves no refrigerator no table no chairs, the hot water is not really hot it's standable for the people that work out of town I would not recommend this place

NO TOILET PAPER!! Not kidding! We were told they were out and go buy our own. No towels or wash clothes in the room - we ask for more and they gave us 1 that looked dirty. For $110 per night, I would at least expect toilet paper and a towel. The front desk guy was nice, but my guess would be the maids quit. I would NEVER recommend this hotel!!
