This 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom 2,000 square foot, single level luxury condo (Unit 2E) is all about it's exceptional location as it is located in heart of Durango's tourist district. Walk to all the downtown area restaurants, shops and entertainment. There are six restaurants alone on the building's block.

The condo is also one block from the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad Depot and Durango's downtown movie theater. Lifestyle in this condo is like staying at a luxury resort with dining and entertainment options adjacent and of the highest quality.

The building has electronic security and elevator access to all levels with secure, fully-enclosed underground parking for two vehicles.

Bed Configuration:
Master - King with TV and Ensuite Bath (main level)
2nd Bedroom - Queen with TV (main level)
3rd Bedroom - Bunk Beds (Single over Double) and Double with TV (main level)

Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units in the Mears Building, are NOT pet friendly.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Comfortable condo in a great location
Things we liked about this condo: 1- The size was good for our group 2- The location was awesome 3- The parking garage was very nice and even fit our Toyota Sequoia with a Thule ski box on top! It was also nice to have more than one parking space. 4- It was really nice to have an elevator from the parking garage to the condo for moving all of our gear. This condo is in need of some maintenance which has been addressed with the management company. Once that is done, this will be a great place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were in town for the Polar Express and the location was perfect. Most of the beds were pretty comfortable with the exception of 1. It was mostly clean but could have been better. Property manager was responsive and we would go back.

The location is perfect for visiting Durango. Just a short walk to historic downtown and the train. Directions for entry were easy to follow as well as check out. The five of us were very comfortable. My only complaint would be the mattress in the main bedroom. It’s swayback and you roll to the middle. It does need some attention. All in all a great place.

We love Durango
The condo was comfortable for our group of 8. The only issue we had was thinking 4 could comfortably sleep in one small bedroom… someone moved to the living room and then all had a good night’s sleep. We were very happy to have a place for our van in the garage and once we got used to using the codes, it was very easy for us to enter and leave easily, especially when we were heading out and back at different times. The location was a priority for us, and this was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked. It was very quiet. We loved out time in Durango and staying right in town was a real plus for us all. Thank you!

Family get away
The location was perfect! We have 4 kids and my husband and and I- we parked the car and didn’t get back in until we left- everything was in walking distance including the train! We had good food, good shopping and lots to do, the condo was super cozy and had a great kitchen for cooking! They had toys for the kids and great space for board games , family games, etc, we definitely will be using them again. The only thing is we had an issue with hot water but management communicated very quickly about the issue- also the upstairs neighbors were up at all hours moving furniture lol sounded like it- but otherwise we really had a great stay.

The property was just as described. The only issue was that the welcome email did not give us all the codes required to enter the unit. One for the garage, one for the elevator and one for the unit. The person who answered my call was eventually able to assist and we had no issues after getting all the numbers required.

Great place with a GREAT location
This condo's location was great, central to about everything Durango. The unit was very roomy, clean, comfortable and quiet. It suited the 7 of us well! Suggestion: that is to give check-out instructions also with the check-in instructions because I do not have my email on my phone I missed the instructions to wash the towels before leaving, sorry.

Perfect rental for our family's needs and comfort
This rental was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our one-week stay (although we did run out of tissues rather quickly). The location was also perfect: within walking distance to our daughter's home and close to everything in town. Having garage spots was an added bonus. We all agreed that we'd recommend this rental to any family looking for a nice place to stay in Durango.

Do Not Rent In Summer
Everything was good except one very important item - temperature control. The thermostat for the air conditioning was set for 70 Fahrenheit and stayed at 70. Instructions were *** not *** to turn it lower because it would freeze up - something badly wrong with that alone. All the bedrooms were too hot. Opening the bedroom windows helped some, but in the master bedroom, there was a horribly loud machinery noise at window level all night long and street noise in the other bedrooms, plus it took most of the night too get cool enough to sleep - very uncomfortable and a big disappointment for my whole family. Would never spend another cent in that place.

Daughter’s College Graduation
We wanted a place downtown, with plenty of room for gathering and dining. This condo provided that and more. The decor is pleasing, the layout allows for privacy for all parties, and everything is clean and in working order. Also, any questions were answered immediately. Parking in the underground garage was so convenient, though we didn’t drive often because dining and shops were a short walk away. We all said multiple times what a great stay we had!

The building is walking distance to many fantastic downtown restaurants and bars. Also very convenient to the college. The building and unit were clean. Parking garage very convenient.
