Great breakfast both hot/cold & healthy options. Also next to natural grocers if that your vibe as well. Every morning after breakfast we'd head down to the indoor parking garage that exits right onto the Animas for disabilities access or also accessible via breakfast deck. Take a nice scroll next to the river and across the public bridge, makes some gorgeous pics.
