"Nunca recibí correo de parte de R& B explicando la llegada y entrada al establecimiento. No está bien marcado, dimos muchas vueltas antes de llegar. Tuvimos suerte que alguien salió del edificio ( por cierto muy feo por fuera). Elevador no funciona, subimos al piso 2 con maletas. Solamente la señora de limpieza nos dio las llaves, sin explicación de cómo utilizarlas (digitales), Tuvimos problemas para salir del departamento. No servia la cafetera en la mañana; desayuno pobre. Sin luz por un rato...

"Si trova nel centro storico, ZTL, quindi chi arriva in auto deve comunicare la targa per evitare multe o deve parcheggiare fuori dal centro e fare due passi a piedi. La zona è tranquillissima, l'unico rumore che si sente è quello dei vicini. Il wi-fi è incluso ed è una ADSL "casalinga", quindi niente upload di foto. We did not as we read they have a bar in the same building but when we arrived the lady in the bar had to phone the one in charge of the keys and the B&B who was supposed to be in 2 minutes, but it took almost 10.
