“Lovely hotel. Walking distance to train station and lots of bars and restaurants. We wondered the streets and found a lovely park a couple of streets away with a playground and restaurant right in the park. Hotel was so beautiful and the breakfast was remarkable. Made to order cappucinos and a lovely couryard to enjoy.”

“预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！”

“Lovely hotel, great location and friendly staff. Only stressful thing is lack of transportation in Ravenna, which we were not prepared for. After boarding our cruise we learned Ravenna only has about 29 taxis. Plan accordingly! Hotel experience it's self was good, no complaints. Breakfast was nice, you chose the night before and in the morning they have your table ready. The staff made fresh eggs and made the coffee. We would stay again.”

“We went for a cruise out of Ravenna. If you got the cruise line to pick you up at the train station it’s literally a 1 minute walk from pickup area (where the buses are, and a 7 minute walk to the train station. Breakfast was decent, mostly just bread, fruit, juice and yogurt.
The room was good for the price. The bed was comfortable. The room is hot and ac did not make it as cold as we are used to lol. No shower head in shower and tiny shower. Other than that the staff was very helpful and……
