“A lovely hotel and a good location”

“The room was comfortable and spacious! We traveled in March when, if anything, a little warmth was needed - the room was cozy!”

“预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！”

“Room was kept spotless by conscientious staff. Building itself is an inconspicuous but once inside is quite stunning. It even has a chapel with rosaries and we once walked past when they were saying the rosary. Rooms are basic, but there’s lots of hot water bedroom needed a waste paper basket. beds are very comfortable and I slept well. breakfast is luscious, lots of choice. I’ve never seen so many delectable cakes at breakfast time sadly I really can’t eat cake at breakfast. The hotel has……

“Nice room and beautiful premise”

“Posizione centrale e, sebbene in ZTL, comoda da raggiungere. L'appartamento (il nostro il n. 3) è dotato di ogni comfort ed comodo per 4 persone. Il bagno presenta qualche segno di usura e/o di scarsa attenzione da parte degli affittuari, ma di fatto la stagione non è ancora iniziata quindi immagino che l'host, con la medesima cura che ha dimostrato in ogni dettaglio, provvederà a sistemare anche questo. La domenica (come i festivi) la colazione non è al bar ma in camera ed anche in questo caso……

“Hotel elegante, camera altrettanto elegante, curata e con ogni comfort. Posizione eccezionale, centrale, a due passi da tutti i monumenti e a pochi minuti dalla stazione, ideale se si arriva in treno. Nonostante la posizione in pieno centro è una zona assolutamente tranquilla e silenziosa. Colazione a buffet ricca e gustosa. Personale cordialissimo, gentilissimo e molto disponibile per qualunque necessità. Lo consigliamo assolutamente!”
