"Great location for accessing the city centre, everything is easily walkable and the main bus stops are a few minutes walk. Rooms are a good size, clean, tidy with no noise. Breakfast is excellent and worth the cost to fill up for the day! Scrambled egg tasted a bit synthetic and we weren’t the only guests saying it and leaving theirs. "

"We travelled Sheffield to cornwall and used the hotel as a 1 night stay to break up the journey with two children aged 6+9. It was conveniently located just off the motorway so really easy to access. Free parking included. We booked a family suite and it was brilliant - activity packs, toiletries, cookies, vip robes and slippers for the kids ... Great family friendly touches! The suite itself was huge too, perfect for a family of 4. The pool has "family friendly" times and is great for the kids. We enjoyed breakfast too, loads of choice and cooked to a high quality. Would highly recommend. "

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Complementary cookies given at reception desk on arrival. Hotel and rooms were very clean. Fridge, iron and ironing board were available in rooms. Within in a few minutes walking distance of Roman baths and shopping centre. Supermarket next door. Parking available for a charge. Restaurant within hotel with nice food. Good gym facilities. Highly recommend."

"Lovely beautiful rooms with city view enjoyed our stay only issue is paid car parking outside the building but not far away… we had a blue badge so they accommodated us inside building next to the main entrance very polite and helpful staff best experience defo coming again "

"Everything good. Staff very nice, friendly and welcoming. The room was lovely with a great view. Location of the hotel was great being only a short walk to the harbour side and all bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend."

"Amazing stay… loved our 2 bed apartment! Clean, lots of space & comfortable. Pool and spa was lovely great addition to hotel. My 6 year old also loved the hotel, staff and guests friendly. We did a few walks around the other lakes very beautiful area. Would definitely recommend and visit again. "
