Spacious suites have closing doors!
We had a lovely stay at the Cobblestone Inn! We were pleasantly surprised that our suite had a door between the bedroom and living room area, which made traveling with our baby much easier. The hotel was quiet, clean, and very comfortable--we'd stay here again without a second thought!

It started off a little hairy not having a room key. Which was okay but when we got locked out of our room and had to wait 20 minutes for the manager with the master key to show up it was a little iffy.

Unfortunate circumstance
Their entire computer system was down , couldnt make a key to our room and couldn't find the master key to open a room. We were told to go somewhere else. I told him it was a non refundable room. Finally found a master key to let us in a room. Couldn't leave to get dinner, no key. Dirty washcloth in in the shower.Staff was friendly, breakfast was ok. Won't stay here again.

60 minutes On hold with Hotels.com
I booked through Hotels, when I got to our destination the hotel had not received our reservation. After a good hour on the phone with Hotels.com I wound up having to cancel my reservation, Julia, the front desk staff on at 10 pm on Halloween, was super pleasant, very helpful and was able to provide a great work around while I remained on hold with Hotels.com. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was perfect. We took a cold breakfast to go including a container of grapes, which was delicious. Thank you Julia for making a frustrating situation, so much easier to deal with. We will stay again should we find ourselves in Eads, Colorado
