“Nice location ”

“Everything was clean, staff was nice, however early in the morning before our checkout, my child was sitting at the desk in our room and a cleaning person took it upon themselves to let themself in our room. However, once they saw someone in the room, they quickly left. Everything else was fine. But also, what happened to knocking first and announcing yourself? ”

“Hotel was very nice. Had a good location! Room was very nice. ”

“We used the laundry on our floor. The pool and hot tub were great. The staff was friendly and the food was good. Highly recommend staying here.”

“Breakfast was horrible. Your options were waffles, oranges, bananas, yogurt, biscuits (typically old and mushy) and gravy, donuts (so old and stale), bread (toasting), bagels, mini muffins (old), and cereal. The last day we were there the poor staff member was running around like crazy trying to refresh everything because everything was so empty. The room was okay nothing too bad. The TV was nice and big but kept logging us out of Youtube and bringing us back to the home screen for no reason.……

“We were very satisfied with our room and the amenities in it. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. This was our first stay with the Pointe hotel and suites and will definitely come again.”
