We have stayed 3 times already & we booked again for next year. The location is convenient - on the water & still within walking distance to downtown & the park w/ pickleball courts. The house itself is beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable, & well stocked with many little conveniences. We also use the deck, fire pit, & dock everyday. Two brothers and wives with two cousins and wives. All four of us couples have been married over 20 years. We were in Eagle River 9 years ago and loved the area and met so many friendly people. This rental was very new and decorated beautifully. The beds were very comfy. We ventured out a couple of days and stayed in one. We had steak night and the grill was great. Had it not rained we would’ve had a fire as there was a nice backyard area but Mother Nature didn’t cooperate. This rental is so close to town we could easily grab groceries or anything that we needed. It was a quiet area and we got to watch some deer in the yard the first evening we arrived. Christina, the rental contact was very quick to respond to a request we had and she offered us a lot of good info upon arrival on what areas were popular for food etc in the area. We all had a great trip and out of the 11 years we have been doing this October trip, this rental was the newest and cleanest. We stayed in this house last year & we hope to stay again next year! The house has a great layout - very comfortable & well equipped, including welcome snacks & coffee. Beautifully decorated!!! We relaxed on the big deck & used the fire pit almost everyday. The location is very convenient (we walked to the pickleball courts as well as to downtown for food & shopping). I can’t say enough good things about this rental.
