The property was clean,close to the hotel.the only issue we had that the staff was not propery notified of our package inclusion,they picked us up from airport and wanted to charge us for the pick up shuttle also the breakfast in the morning they also wanted to charge when I showed them my paperwork my expedia which showed that breakfast was included and one way transfer from airport was included then they agreed and by the way it also showed free upgrade to the room I dont what room we suppose to get and what upgrade was given.

Comfortable, affordable, clean, central, reasonably quiet. Liked our stay here and would happily stay again. It’s in a busy area but the hotel itself is quiet thanks to decent windows. The restaurant in the hotel is also very tasty and affordable. The staff are nice and accommodating.

Safe location. Lots of staff trying to be helpful. Breakfast was outstanding with friendly, caring staff. Bathroom updates fell short. Shower poorly designed, water ends up everywhere.

I recently shared a review regarding my disappointing experience at The Lodhi Hotel, and I wanted to follow up with an update. During my checkout yesterday, I had the chance to voice my concerns, and I must commend the manager for their exceptional efforts to address them. I appreciate being given the opportunity to share my feedback. It's important to me that future guests have a different experience than I did, and I sincerely hope their expectations are met.
