The primary suite, kitchen, living room and terraces are stand alone on the second floor with vaulted wood ceilings throughout and expansive views of the breathtaking scenery. The private pool house is set back and conditioned with a very comfortable queen bed, vaulted wood clad ceilings and ensuite bath overlooking the pool. The kitchen is bright and fully stocked with a Viking stove, Poland Spring dispenser, main and beverage refrigerators, and all new utensils and additional appliances. The dining room table seats ten with two adjacent east and west facing terraces to enjoy sunrise and sunset views. The first floor offers a convenient common area overlooking the pool and two queen ensuite bedrooms. There is also a bunk room with a full and 3 twin beds alongside a full bath. The property itself can only be described as paradise - quiet, private, lush and expansive. The glass tile lined heated gunite pool sits in the sun from morning to night, but also offers shade beneath the oaks, umbrellas and second floor deck. In the front yard lies a beautiful playground, gardens and stone walls. The last house on a short lane located just across from Three Mile Harbor Marina. A five minute drive or fifteen minute bike ride to East Hampton and Amagansett villages, ocean and bay beaches. A five minute walk to the Harbor and a gourmet market. this home is the perfect destination for the quintessential Hamptons summer retreat. Other amenities include a lighted railings, a firepit, 1st and 2nd floor barbecues, three 65 inch televisions, new linens, a gym, a cedar outdoor shower, and clean laundry. \*Pool heater propane charge per use to be taken from deposit.
