This is a really nice hotel, a bit off the beaten path but accessible by a few bus lines and also if you can walk a bit a couple tube stations. We had a really nice stay here. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was clean.

The room was very comfortable but even when requesting housekeeping services, it was just proving fresh towels. No trash removal or making the beds.

It all started with arrival and being told credit card machine was down could we pay cash. This hotel on apple advertising as a crowne plaza hotel and using that logo in fact this is almost a hostel. No cold water in shower and couldn't fix it. So it was 30 degrees and couldn't take a cold or even lukewarm shower. Front side so notified and did nothing. No food on premises, no coffee maker in room. I don't mind any of this if the price is fair but this was $250 cad a night and was pathetic. I have been happier in steel sheds in the middle of Himalayas of camping in mountains.
