Lots of people smoking in cars in the lot all hours. Seemed that some people were living there on government emergency housing vouchers. Still felt safe, just a bit trashy at times as we saw some seemingly drugged out people, and a couple with all their household belongings on luggage carts hanging out in the lobby. "
