“The host is very attentive and check in was very easy. The issue we have with this property is the location which is not in the control of the host. The property was basic and clean. As another review states, if you know the neighborhood then you know what to expect. So, if someone does not know the neighborhood, check Google Earth to see more of the surrounding streets and buildings. “Since the space was very small I found it to be unnecessarily cluttered. No need for a washer and dryer. If anything an all in one under the counter washer and dryer combo unit. “Great stay in winter and I'm sure this place is popular for beach access in the summer. I loved the super soft towels and kitchenette. A couple of improvements: -Probably time to change the mattress in Rm 2. It is very misshapen with a large dent where many people have slept. -Weather seal the doors for better energy efficiency and to keep the temp in the room more manageable. ”

The size of the unit was very adequate for two people. Bathroom was clean and adequately stocked with towels and wash cloths.The reason for 2 stars is we thought the apartment was not very clean from floor to ceiling.
