The room was simple, but that was not the problem. The moment you opened the door we got hit with a smell. Musky old smell and easily can be mold. Correct the problem by cleaning with bleach water mixture. Airing the place. The mattress was rock hard. The way we found this place will not recommend.

Room 107 was small and out dated, smelled musty, stains on the walls, mold on the shower curtain, sink was held up by a table leg, bed was so uncomfortable and only had 2 flat pillows for a queen size bed and under the bed had crumbs and dirt that was not cleaned from prior guest was just covered by the comforter. Room was overpriced and I would NEVER stay there again!!

So, some people say “ you get what you pay for “ and you do. This facility, while being extremely affordable for 2 nights , was much cleaner than some places we’ve paid more for. Now, the downside is that breakfast is *not* included as stated on website just a coffee station in office… would have been nice to have a coffee maker in room, but there are so many nearby options. The owners are **extremely** kind and wanted to please us during our short stay. Don’t pass this place up if you’re just looking for a place to rest your head.

Good but not the best value.

It was close to the event we were attending, and other amenities, but felt overpriced for the age and condition. We paid about $160/night and I think $100-$120 would be the max I'd pay again.
