The garden was an added bonus in the hot weather. Only two minor criticisms - firstly it wasn’t clear from the description that the bathroom (and therefore the only toilet) were on the ground floor. "My single room although small was very clean, including the bathroom. The only downside was that the walls are thin and I could hear someone snoring in the next room! All the staff, reception and breakfast staff, were very friendly and helpful. Overall I would really recommend this hotel. It is on the seafront and good value. Breakfast is extra but there was a good choice and was well cooked."
