"We stayed in Kama Lama for 4 nights and had the best time. The room was modern and smelt lovely. There was a shared kitchen and dining area that was super useful. We washed our own dishes but some guests did leave their dishes which we felt was lazy! We would highly recommend staying here. "Some things were great, some things were a bit off. The property itself is very nice and the play area for kids on level -1 is really great. Our son enjoyed playing there for a few hours. The pool is also nice, but the hot tubs outside are quite small. The concierge was able to arrange babysitting, which was really nice, except they got the times wrong so I was really glad I double checked before the babysitter came. They also couldn't tell me the price correctly, which resulted in an awkward situation with the babysitter. My wife has a dairy allergy and it was great that the restaurant has a menu with allergy information. However there was only one item on the whole menu that my wife could have. We really appreciated the efforts of "

"A good hotel overall and I would rate it around 4\*. The staff were lovely, especially the reception team, who were very welcoming. The same level of friendliness wasn’t always reflected by the housekeeping team, but overall the service was still good. Breakfast was a real highlight — very enjoyable — and the water machines on each floor offering unlimited sparkling, cold, or room-temperature water were a great touch. One thing to note is that the spa and facilities close at 12 each day, which we weren’t aware of in advance, and they also fully close by 9pm in the evening. Additionally, as there were quite a few families with children staying, areas like the gym and spa/swimming facilities could feel a bit busier at times. This may be worth considering if you’re looking for a quieter, more adult-focused environment. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and really enjoyed the view of Giewont from our room. The location of the hotel is excellent — within walking distance of the bus and train stations, as well as the main street, Krupówki.."

"The hotel room was nice and clean and quite spacious. Unfortunately, no hand towels were provided, the shower door let the water out and made the bathroom floor very wet which is quite dangerous. The bathroom door lock didn't work. The receptionists were very polite and helpful. The breakfast offered nice food selection . "
