Overall, it was a good experience. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, I needed to do some laundry; although there were laundry rooms on every floor, only one was actually working, so I had to wait for my turn and go to a different floor to do the wash. Aside from that, it was excellent.

"We have stayed her multiple times, and several of the times either the slide or the arcade have not been functioning which is the whole point in staying at this hotel for our kids. Would be nice to notify people somehow that these are down and allow a refund if possible if wanting to make a different ..."
