The hotel is a new hotel so the condition is good and the staff are good at cleaning. The problem is in the advertising of this hotel. Most of their rooms are standard reasonably priced but very small and NO WINDOWS. On check-in made me pay the higher walk in price for an upgrade with a window. Ended up pay double what I had expected
Hotels.com need to require in the Philippines that it is clearly stated if the room doesn’t have a window. Otherwise the Filipino staff are very gracious and helpful.

Had problems in the main restaurant. Service was not great my food was forgotten one night. Had to be more assertive with staff and ask about food and drink orders to make sure. But the staff at the resort was friendly and very helpful
