The hotel is a new hotel so the condition is good and the staff are good at cleaning. The problem is in the advertising of this hotel. Most of their rooms are standard reasonably priced but very small and NO WINDOWS. On check-in made me pay the higher walk in price for an upgrade with a window. Ended up pay double what I had expected Hotels.com need to require in the Philippines that it is clearly stated if the room doesn’t have a window. Otherwise the Filipino staff are very gracious and helpful.

We were treated like VIP. Excellent Staff. Highly recommend. Only thing is the room are a bit on the small size but you dont book that type of place to stay in the room. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Everything was excellent from start to finish! The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the room was clean, comfortable, and smelled so fresh. Everything was well-maintained, and the overall experience was wonderful. Definitely a place I’d be happy to stay at again! Highly recommended. ❤️
