The apartment was clean and quiet and had a washer AND dryer, which was great as we have been travelling for weeks and often had to dry our laundry by hanging it. The host disclosed ahead of time that they did not provide towels, but they gave us towels when we asked which was kind. "Good 3 star hotel. Comfortable bed. Self parking. Room was not made up the second day…….apparently the “make my room” tag had to be hung on door……would be nice if that was communicated to the guests. Consequently, no coffee or cups were replenished. Asked at reception and got replenishments but there was a little bit of resistance. Coffee is just Nescafé. Would be nice if there was a Nespresso machine in the room. Some other Kyriad hotels have Nespresso."
