This 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom cabin has new sheets, bedding and out door furniture! Professionally cleaned between stays. Gas Grill, Komodo style grill available for use, washer/dryer & towels. Private boat dock. 45 minutes from Auburn. Perfect for gameday! 45 Minutes from Montgomery! 10 minutes to Kowaliga Restaurant by boat or car 25 minutes to Chuck's pizza by boat or car 15 minutes to Springhouse Restaurant by car As you walk out onto the back porch you are greeted with an incredible view of the water. The house is right on the water. It is rare to find a home so close to the water with such a flat lot. Outdoor grill and propane is available for renters use. The house has a master bedroom (king) with bathroom, living room, kitchen, and 2 other bedrooms. Two bathrooms total. There is a king bed in one guest room and a full bed in the third bedroom with a single bed above it as bunk bed. The second bath is accessible by all and off the kitchen. House has a Keurig machine, standard coffee maker and espresso machine available for use. House has internet via Starlink. Note: inclement weather cause service outages. $150.00 Security Deposit $150.00 Cleaning Fee Non-aggressive dogs allowed. $250 non-refundable pet fee. Check in: 4:00 PM; Check out: 11:00 AM. Primary Renter must be at least 25 years of age and occupy house during entire rental period. No Smoking in Unit. No Fireworks allowed on the premises. Rentals reserved less than 30 days prior to renter arrival date the total rental fee is due along with the Agreement. For rentals greater than 30 days prior to renters arrival date— ½ of total rental fee is required with the Agreement and the other ½ is due 30 days prior to renters arrival date. Upon renter return of the signed Agreement and rental fee, the reservation will be confirmed. If the Agreement and rental fee are not received by due date noted on the Agreement, the unit will be placed back on the open rental market. The Security Deposit will be returned to the renter within 2 weeks after the last day of the stay if there is no damage to house, furnishings, common area property and no inventory is missing from the house. The Security Deposit will be retained by owner if maximum occupancy (6) is not adhered to; HOA Rules are violated or No Smoking or No Fireworks rules are violated, or any other rule in the contract is violated at the owner's discretion. Sleeps 6\. Note: there is a gradual decline from the parking spot to the front of the house and there is a stone pathway that is uneven in some places due to natural stone. We do not recommend renting if you have difficulty walking as this is an old cabin that has been renovated and we strive to keep the natural charm and feel via unique landscaping. Additionally there are 2 steps in to front door and about 10 steps from back porch to the boat dock. Please do not rent if you have trouble walking up or down 1-10 steps. Note: Boat is not included. Covered boat slip is also not available for use; however, boats can be tied to the dock from two points for any docking needs. Note: Boats in photos & on property not included in rental but you are welcome to bring your own & tie at the dock. Enjoy the big water view on this cabin which is located on the beautiful Lake Martin, Alabama. Note: only two small parking spaces available. If you drive large vehicles then only one spot is available. Additional parking available in grassy area available on first come first serve basis, as that area is shared with the community and is park at your own risk. Public boat ramp and public boat and trailer parking is available first come first serve nearby (approximately 10-15 minutes away). Note: boat trailer parking is not available at the property. Note: we do not have a pool available. That is a glitch in VRBO’s software and we have requested a fix. Note: water levels are lowered in the fall and winter by Alabama Power via the Lake Martin Dam. The full pool level during the warm months at Lake Martin is 491 mean sea level (msl) and then starts to decline beginning September 1st. Sometimes, changes will keep the high summer of 491 msl for up to an additional six weeks longer, extending full pool into October. It was absolutely wonderful. The house is older, but absolutely worth the price and the charm. It is phenomenal how close you are to the water. There is just about everything you need stocked in the house which is nice. The quality of the sheets are even very well thought thru. The host is very easy to get ahold of and super friendly. Parking is challenging as another guest has stated, so make sure to understand where to park above arrival. The comfort of the home is excellent. You truly feel as ease and can take a moment. The lake house was very clean and had all the amenities anyone would need for their stay. The view from the back deck was the highlight of the stay. We spent much of our time on the deck drinking coffee in the morning and eating lunches and dinners. It was perfect to simply stare out at the lake and take your mind off of everything. The owner did a great job of communicating and was more than accommodating when we decided to add an additional day. This is a great lake house to spend a weekend or a week.
