"Es handelt sich hier um ein Landgasthaus das in seiner Innenausstattung der Gaststube in den 80ern bewegt. Sehr viel Holz und in sich zu dunkel. Die Gästezimmer sind einfach eingerichtet. Das Bad ist neu renoviert. Die Wege zu den Zimmern werden teilweise durch Stühle verstellt und waren bei unserem Aufenthalt schlecht beleuchtet. Der Außenbereich ist eigentlich gut ausgestattet, es gibt die Möglichkeit Fahrräder unterzustellen und sogar kostenlos zu laden. Dennoch wirkt der Außenbereich...

"Was not the most modern one, had some spots with mold, demolished wallpapers and a door, that had some issues. We could hear a lot of stuff going on at the floor and rooms next door. A funny thing was the camera on top of the house, that is shown in your television at the start. So you can watch the outside in real time. Nice lovely breakfast. All over it was an average stay. Payed too much for it. Definetly not worth. "

"Das Hotel Zur Alten Post liegt in unweit des Büsumer Hafens, welcher in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Am Hafen liegen auch die (kostenpflichtigen/€ 10 für 24 h) öffentlichen Parkmöglichkeiten, sollte der hauseigene Parkplatz ausgebucht sein. Schon vor der Anreise wurden wir vom Hotel kontaktiert und für den Check-in relevante Daten wurde vor Anreise abgefragt, so verlief der Check-In vor Ort freundlich, schnell und effizient. "Clean. Staff and service mostly OK. Some very good some very poor. Property in general good condition. But I have a serious issue with facilities. The pictures show a swimming pool. But the swimming pool is not part of the hotel at all. It’s across the road. It doesn’t belong to the hotel at all. This is only visible in the small text . This kind of advertising is unethical in my view. We booked this hotel because we believed it had a pool. In the end, the public pool was actually closed so we couldn’t even use it. The location and general area around the hotel directly on the river is quite nice. Our room was rather noisy in the morning. I believe we were located over the reception so there was lots of coming and going. Parking is very limited. When we arrived, we got the very last parking spot, which was very tight. "
