I had to return to the office because I could not figure out how to use the key card. I wanted to take a shower after a 50 mile bike ride, but there were no towels in the room. The phone didn't work, so I had to return to the office a third time.
The shower faucet was broken, and I had to improvise to get it to work.
Overall, the level of maintenance and attention to detail left a lot to be desired.
